Registration:

On-line advance registration should be conducted no later than 25th June (1st June for early bird discount!) through the Sheffield University on-line shop.  Please follow the link below to access a range of registration options and also reserve on-site accommodation.

Hotel accommodation:

 

A limited number of single rooms are available on-site for £34 a night for the 6th and 7th July which can be booked with registration above. Alternative accommodation is available at the nearby Rutland Hotel. A special reduced rate has been negotiated by Yorkshire South Tourism and rooms should be reserved through the dedicated Yorkshire South - UK Semiconductors booking website.

Should you wish to extend your stay in Sheffield, please contact Jane Tompkins (Tel: 0114 2011024) who will gladly arrange the additional accommodation for you.

Discounted rail travel:

 

In conjunction with East Midlands Trains, Yorkshire South are pleased to offer discounted rail tickets on lines to Sheffield including those from London St Pancras, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Peterborough, Norwich, Manchester and Liverpool. Please fill out and return the booking form for UK delegates or international delegates (different postage for tickets) to be received by Yorkshire South (at the address given on the form) no later than 22nd June.

Note to international authors/delegates:

 

It is the responsibility of international authors and delegates to obtain a visa to travel to the event. The conference organisers can neither influence the visa application process or be held responsible for any financial loss or burden resulting from the visa application process and purchase of non-refundable travel/accommodation. Delegates should be aware that the conference registration fee is non-refundable.

Upon request we will address letters to presenting (co-)authors by mail and/or e-mail stating that your paper has been selected for presentation, providing details of the time/date/venue of the presentation, and indicating our wish to welcome you to Sheffield. Non-presenting delegates may request a letter confirming proof of registration.
